Your current 1 bedroom Voucher has a face value of $980.00 which does not cover the requested rent of $1,383.00 for the unit that you are inquiring about.

In addition to assisting you with a move through our program, we will also pay $500.00 toward your security deposit or give you $500.00 to use for furniture. Even though you have a voucher, you should still be prepared to pay for any credit/background fees associated with any unit that you apply for.
The only requirement to get into the program is to come to an orientation with your valid voucher in hand. The orientation is 45 minutes. Nothing else needed to qualify. Everyone with a valid Section 8 Voucher can participate.
