typically when a buyer is interested in a home, their agent will ask the listing agent for the utility information on the home. The listing agent often has it in his or her files already (since it is a question that is often asked just prior to writing a contract), if not, they go back to the seller and ask the question. If the home is one that is owned by a rehabber or is a foreclosure or investment property, the utilities often aren't available (the utility companies often will not release the information to anyone except the person who paid the bill). SO, bottom line, if you would like to know what the utilities are, you need to ask either a realtor to get involved, but as Bob, has already noted, the home is no longer on the market, so it is now a waiting game to see if the seller is getting ready to relist with the current owner or is getting ready to list with another agent or is taking the home off the market for awhile. A geothermal unit is not typical so I would not count on that being the typical heating or cooling bill for the home. Let me know if I can help further.
