Hi Maureen,
Realtytrac is a very unreliable source of homes for sale because many times they have inaccurate information. In this particular home there is not enough information to locate this home.

The bank filed a Lis Pendens (foreclosure lien) which means the owner is behind on their mortgage but they still own the home...not the bank. The owner may not want to sell and they could work out an arrangement with the bank before they actually foreclose. In addition, the foreclosure process could take months to years.

If you are looking for a home in the area and need assistance please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Heather Daccurso
