To see basic information on any home such as year built, square footage, name of home owner, taxes, etc. Go to the county tax appraisal district. For Houston, that is the Harris County Appraisal District.

There is additional information such as last 5 years of tax history, links to the individual taxing authorities like the school district, etc to see if they have been paying everything. Even a history of the deed transfers.

If you need additional information such as a review of the price being offered, activity in the community, is the home in a flood zone and more...hire a Realtor that has many years of experience. They can show you the home as well as others in the area. Let us know if we can assist you.

Steve ...

The home was built in 1971, according to HCAD. It's been on the market for 286 days, and was recently reduced by $10,000. There's additional information available, which I'd like to discuss with you. If you're not currently working with an agent, please get in touch with me at either the phone number or e-mail address below. I look forward to hearing from you.
