The HOA are $136 a month. The taxes will be based on your millage rate. The millage rate for that area is 14.4936. Wish means you will pay 1.44936 percent of your market value. The market value is set by the county property appraiser. You will pay at the most $2800 in taxes for this property per year. Less if you are making this your permanent residence. Your taxes will have nothing to do with what the previous owner paid last year in property taxes. Please keep in mind that Florida does not have a state income tax. Home owners insurance in this area is very reasonable. Most homeowners will add around $100 a month for Home Owners Insurance. But please seek advise from an insurance agent. There are no CDD fees in this area.

I hope you find this information helpfull.

Monthly fees of $138, no CDD fees. taxes for 2008 were $3453.

This is a short sale so no guarantee of that figure being accepted. There are 10 similar properties available.
