I don't do free CMAs, however I can give you a drive by CMA for $75.00 or an Interior CMA for $150.00. Both include a written report and if you decide to sell your home with me, I'll give that back. There's no sale pitch, no pressure to list your home nor will you feel guilty that you got a free CMA with no intention of ever selling. You pay the money, you get the report... no pressure, no hassle.

Good afternoon,
I would love to help with the pricing and marketing of your home. It is difficult to determine an actual price without being able to tour your home. I certainly would not want to guess or give you the wrong information. You live in a lovely neighborhood, so location is great! The other important criteria in pricing a home is it's overall condition, any improvements that have been made over the years, and any extra amenities the home provides. If you would like to discuss some of the most recent activity in your area, please do not hesitate to call me. I know I can help!!

Hi Regina, there is no online source to quickly know exactly what your home is worth. A major consumer site, Zillow.com, is notoriously incorrect, by tens of thousands of dollars. The only way to arrive at a true estimation of your home's value is to invite a Realtor into your home for a 30 minute consultation. As opposed to an appraisal, this service is free of charge. We offer this service with the hope that, if you should decide to sell someday, that you will consider us.

If you would like to schedule a time, just email me.

There are many factors to consider when evaluating your home's value. Square footage is one of the key elements. How many bathrooms, bedrooms, garage yes or no and how many spaces, basement yes or no and unfinished or finished, condition, deck, patio, I think you get the idea. You can get an overall idea of pricing for your neighborhood but ultimately you need someone to see it in person. You can also pay an appraiser to give you what the current market value can bring.

I would need to know more information about your house before I can determine a price. How many bedrooms? Bathrooms? Basement (Finished/Not finished)? Upgrades?

Feel free to call me on my cell phone to speak with me personally.

Not being able to see your home makes valuation difficult. But a rough value can be placed on your home from 325000 - 355000 This would be for sold price. Again that would be a rough selling price

I see you bought your home approx a year ago.
