That's a hard question to answer since I don't live in this house, however I remember this house about 8 or 9 years ago when it was up on the market then. The house itself faces North (South in the back). The backyard is flat, but the driveway has an incline - which believe it or not, is a good thing for this location since it is on a somewhat busy street. Being up high - the noise was not a factor that you would have thought about. Funny what you remember about houses that you have shown so long ago!

So, getting back to the sunlight question - The back yard is fully fenced and will get the morning sun from the East and the evening sun from the West in the afternoon. If my memory serves me right the back of the lot has a retension wall with trees lined up for extra privacy. The trees put some shade on the South part of the backyard - but I don't remember it being a full shade patio and tress can be trimmed to suite your taste in sunlight!
