Hi Olivia!

This listing appears to be Pending (under contract), and thus no longer available. Are you only looking for a home in Glendale? Let me know if I can help in any way.

Olivia, it depends.

First of all, I hope you are working with a professional REALTOR that represents you as a BUYER instead of calling the yard sign. The agent on the sign represents the SELLER.

It if is a SHORT SALE, then it may remain what the PUBLIC sees as ACTIVE, but agents see as AWC-I or Active with a contingency. If it is a BANK OWNED, they usually have the right to accept back up offers and leave the home ACTIVE all the way until closing. If it is a REGULAR SELLER, then whenever the agent gets around to changing it to PENDING.

I hope this helps.
