Hi Tanya,

What you are missing is access to complete, accurate, current data. This property is not for sale at $10,000, but rather for lease at $10K/month. The best way to obtain complete, accurate and current information on homes for sale is by using an experienced, full-time Buyer's Agent, but be careful of listing/seller's agents who "moonlight" as Buyer's Agents. I am a Buyer's agent and can help you.
