Hi Sabrina,

As dawn has pointed out, the MLS listing for this property was cancelled in February, and there is no record that it was relisted. If you want to be sure, call the number that Spirit provided below. Otherwise, there are other lots available that might interest you.

Good luck

Good morning Sabrina,

This is a lot of land that is for sale, we really dont have more information than you from the listing. We would need to go out, inspect, & etc. Your best bet? If you scroll down to the bottom of the listing, there is the listing agent contact information. She should know, as it is her listing, but she may not know either.

On a small land deal like this, probably needs to be cash as it is very hard to obtain financing on land right now.

Here is her contact information, please give her a call.

Hi Sabrina,

This parcel was listed in the MLS for $25,000. The listing was cancelled back in February, and it has not been re-listed in the Tucson MLS.

There are two other 1+ acre parcels on the same street currently available, both are listed at $30,000. Looks like the electric is in the street, gas is not available other than bottled propane, water is at the street or lot line, and both have septic tanks installed. Of course this is assuming that the listing information is correct. It's always important to verify all listing data. Hope this helps!

Hi Sabrina,

Utilities to all the lots are not far away. They are closest to the southern lots. The land/dirt is easy to dig in. I think the water company will put in a water meter to any of the lots for $3000. I have more information at my website:
