Hi Dale -- I'm not seeing this particular home listed yet in the MLS. A bank owned property has to be listed in order to make an offer. If it has just recently been acquired by the bank, you should have an agent keep watch for it to go on the market (sometimes, though, it can take six months for the bank to list it. It is usually quicker, though). You can go to my website and search for homes in Parrish (bank owned, pre-owned or new): http://www.FlordaMoves./Louise.Warring
Here is one I found that looks really nice on Roanwood that is listed: http://floridamoves.com/Property/propertydetails.aspx?Search
Please let me know if you would like me to find you a great agent in this area that is experienced with short sales and REOs (bank owned properties). There is a system to getting a short sale/REO accepted by the bank, so working with an agent who has been successful with them is important.
Best of luck and Happy House Hunting!
