Hi Diana,
Great asking price for Highland Park, but it does need some work. As everyone has already said you'll want to hire a Realtor to work as your advisor and to review the recent sales in Highland Park to see what a reasonable offer would be. Love that neighborhood & location. Here's a link to my blog post about the home buying process in Bucks County. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.…
Take care,

Hello Diana,

You should really hire your own buyer agent. Buyer agency is extremely important. The seller has their own agent to protect and negotiate the highest price. You should have your own agent to protect and negotiate the lowest price for you. If you call the listing agent, that would be dual agency and a buyer should never use the seller's agent.

If you are not aware of what buyer agency is, you can learn more about it in my blogs @

The buyer does not pay the buyer agent, the seller does.

Hiring a buyer agent who is not comfortable with the negotiating process, could wind up costing you thousands of dollars.

I'd love to talk with you about the home that you are interested in. Feel free to email me at or give me a call at 215-669-0589. Whichever you feel more comfortable with.

Also, until you hire your own agent, be sure not to give any of your financial information or any confidential to any agent because it can be used against you with the seller. Make sure to read the Consumer Notice:

Hi Diana, I know Levittown well (my sister-in-law lives there) and I would be happy to help guide you.

I hope you are aware that in most cases, the Seller pays a Realtor's commission in PA, so you can have representation for free. You SHOULD have representation in any case.

I am available to talk today should you wish to call me. You may call my mobile at 856.617.1212.

I HIGHLY recommend you call today so I can prepare comps and do some research on the Seller. If you like the house, we want to place an offer as soon as possible.

Hope to speak soon!

Hi Diana,

The next step is to find a Realtor to help you as a buyer's agent. You should interview a few Realtors if you do not have one. I'd be more than happy to assist you. Please look at my profile and give me a call.

Hi Diana,
Have you already found the house you want to put an offer on? If so, how did you find it? If you've been using a REALTOR, you just need to contact your REALTOR and let them know you are ready to rock and roll. If you've found a home via an open house or something like that, and you haven't yet signed a Buyer Agency Contract with anyone, you can choose a REALTOR to represent you in the deal. If you haven't yet found a home, I would start looking for a Buyer's Agent. Using a REALTOR on the buy side doesn't cost you anything (Seller will pay your agent's commission).

Let me know if you need any additional help!

I can help you with that. having a realtor in your corner taking you through the process and making sure it all gets done is at no cost to you. When would you like to meet?
