Probably the first thing any agent that shows you this property is going to want to know is whether or not you have secured proper financing for purchasing. It is a prereq for all my buyers, before we begin looking.
Also please know that until you sign a Buyer Representation agreement, meaning that a certain agent is "your" agent and looks out for your interests onlly, that you will not have any representation or receive any loyalty, etc from an agent that shows you property. This is the law in Minnesota.
So you might think about interviewing a few agents, picking the one who you think will work best for your personality, and then put in writing that you want them to by your Buyer's Agent. That way, you know who is on your side. Hope this info helps!
