Hi Maria,

I agree with Nancy. It is good to contact a local realtor to help you view properties. This particular condo on Plantation St has been on the market for over 400 days and I believe it is because the price is pretty high compared to the others that have sold or are under agreement within the past 6 months, although those were only 955sf and this one is around 1250sf.

I'd be happy to send you some other listings as well in the Worcester area that might be of interest to you in that price range. There are also many half duplexes in that price range if that is something that might interest you as well as a condo. Let me know if I can be of any further service to you as I show properties in the Worcester County area.

Hi Maria,

You should call a local buyer's agent to make arrangements for you to see the property. The buyer's agent will advise you on the local economy and pricing. If this is a property you intend on purchasing, your agent can advise you on how to make your offer and get a get the best deal.

There are many condo for sale in this area, your buyers agent could also set up appointments for "like condos" as well, making the most of your trip to the Worcester area.

Remember, there is no cost for a buyer's agent. The seller pays the buyer agent fee.

I would be happy to assist you, please call me or email me via my website.

Thank you,
