How did you get the price of this home being sold for 22,000.00? I purchased this home for 220,000.00. It makes me wonder about other listings.

Hi Christina

This house did sell for $ 220,000 in January 1 2014. It is reported sold for the correct amount
in the multiple listing service website for $ 220,000.

Its most likely a typo on Trulia's behalf and you can send an email to them.

The property sold for $220,000 on 1/11/2014. I suspect that somebody just mistyped the figures. Instead of being mad at the Trulia website, just bear in mind that the information on Trulia is entered by the realtors and sometimes we are doing paperwork at the end of a very long day.

I wasn't mad and I did suspect the mistype. I just thought this site was more reliable than others. I have found this same mistake on three other sites. I wish I only owed 22,000.00 on my mortgage.

Yup . You figured it out .this is not a reliable website . The information is inaccurate . They spend a ton of money marketing to consumers . Truth is you must hire a professional Realtor to get accurate info . Do us a favor and pass that info along to your friends and family . Not everything you see on the Internet is accurate or up to date. For the arrest investment in your lifetime hire a pro for goodness sake . What do you expect ?
