How can we see this property? Do realtors have access? Is this the real listing price?

Hi Peter,
This process could take up to 6-18 months. The foreclosure process is slow. Banks are usually accepting $.45 on the dollar. If you are interested in me assisting you in finding a foreclosed property, please call me at 239-898-9222 or personal e-mail sharne1@netzero.net. We have extensive experience with foreclosures. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Warmest Regards,
Stephanie Harne

Sorry this is not the listing price, this property is only in Lis pendens which is a step in the foreclosure process. what you see in not asn asking price, it could be what they owe or an estimate of. The bank has given notice of foreclosure to the onwer and may or may not have set a date yet for sale. if they buy it back it is placed with a local realtor at todays market price. make sure you look for the realty trac logo in listings, most iof the time it is a notice of foreclosure not a listing for sale, you have to read the comments carefully, i hope this helps.
