The problem is, as of now, that property does not appear on the auction.com web site. County tax records confirm it is a bank owned property and has been for two years. The only way you'll be able to find out more information about this particular property is to try calling auction.com since they have not listed it on the MLS. Be sure to read their FAQ http://www.auction.com/auction-faqs/foreclosure.php before deciding to proceed. If you're not an experienced foreclosure buyer, I suggest seeking professional representation.

By the way, although I haven't seen the inside of this property, I have one of a similar size in contract in the immediate neighborhood. Homes that size in decent condition will easily sell in the $650,000 range and up in today's market.
