Mina, you can sign into RealtyTrac on my website and search foreclosures if you want. That home has not gone thru the foreclosure process as of yet. It is in the 'notice or preforeclosure phase'. That might seem complicated because it really is to the buying public. There are many great homes available that have already been thru the entire process that would be available to see right away. That might be what you are looking for. Let me know if I can further help once you sign in on my site.

This property is listed as Litigation Pending by Realty Trac. It may or may not be for sale. Lit. Pending is the initial stages of foreclosure. The owner may still have an opportunity to cure the default and keep the home. It may also be sold as a short sale or for market rate.

You can find out what the full story is by signing up for the free trial if you are not a member.

I do have access if you want more info.

Best of Luck

It is still going through the redtape filled complicated bank foreclosing process. I can call or send you a private email for a private viewing as soon as it goes on the market in the Realtor MLS. Send me your contact info off this site or you may get a lot of emails and then you may decide it makes sense to work with one agent.
