Good morning Jabolen7, unfortunately this property is not available for purchase, it is posted here on Trulia as it just had a Notice of Default filed on the property. This is when the owner is at lease 90 days past due and it is the start of the foreclosure process. The owner may or may not catch up on their past due payments in the future, if it does come onto the market it will be in approximately 100+ days or so.
You can however view all of the available homes and condos for sale in Santa Monica here:

This property is in the Notice of Default stage of the foreclosure process. The approximate amount of the mortgage in default is listed as the price. If and when the lenders take back the property or if and when the current owners decide to list the property with a real estate brokerage it will technically be for sale. Before that time, you could have your real estate agent make an attempt to contact the current owners and see what type of offer they are willing to accept. If the property is a short sale your agent will need to make further negotiations with the lenders involved.

Please understand that, generally speaking, most properties in Santa Monica sell for the current market value which is about 8x the "price" listed in the link.

If you need any help or have other questions. Please feel free to contact me.

Unfortunately, this property is not yet available..and may not become available if the owner is able to pay the rears.

Please contact me directly, and I'll be happy to locate a property that us available in your price point.
