Hello Silvana - lovely neighborhood.

Estimating taxes on new construction is always a challenge. You won’t know till it is done and the Assessor either visits or makes their estimate.

The City Assessor does it on market price and value (currently listed in Trulia at 429,000, but in the local MLS it is listed at 399,000) (another example of databases not keeping up-to-date – but that is another topic)

Also realize that assessed value is NOT the exact same as market value.

Current 2011 tax rate in Nashua is $20.97, to be changing first part of each December.

If #9 Jasper is similar to other houses on Jasper lane then about $9,400 a year.

2 JASPER LN 457800 $ 9,600.07
3 JASPER LN 444800 $ 9,327.46
4 JASPER LN 416000 $ 8,723.52
5 JASPER LN 473800 $ 9,935.59
6 JASPER LN 441300 $ 9,254.06
7 JASPER LN 472700 $ 9,912.52
8 JASPER LN 442200 $ 9,272.93
9 JASPER LN 125700 $ 2,635.93 (land value only)

Hi Silvana, Your best bet to get an accurate amount would be to call the tax assessor. has all the city dept for you to call. My guess would be in the 8500-9000 range. Good luck a beautiful new house, what a great start! Let me know if you wish me to help you in the purchase. Thanks, 603-508-0110. Sheila
