How can I find a price for a vacant lot in No Brunswick?

Help the community by answering this question:

your profile says that you're an agent. get the street name and search it in MLS. If you're looking to do a cma to give the sellers the price on theirs then look up similar comparable sales of vacant lots in that neighborhood. And remember that neighborhoods and prices for lots vary dramatically. you also should find out if the lot is ready to build with all improvements and approvals... all of those factors have big impacts on the value. If you're listing one that's ready to go reach out to me. We have ready to buy builders who will buy it right away if it's priced properly
