It's The Peninsula Condominiums and it looks like they do take FHA. This appears to be the only one currently available and looks beautiful. The recent sales have been between $95,500 up to $110,000. From the pictures they all look nice but this one appears to be nicer then the rest. It looks like a nice place to live, best of luck with your new home if you decide to move forward with it.

I checked with the recent sales in that complex and there was a recent sale that was financed through FHA. It is very important to understand the FHA guidelines (on which they qualify the property) as it can be the difference of your sale going through or not. This looks like a great condo for the price and probably will not have a problem being appraised at value.

If you have any further questions regarding this complex and/or listing, please don't hesitate to contact me!

It is Peninsula Condominiums according to Public Records. Looks like seller is accepting either cash, conventional loan, FHA or VA. But if you are really interested I would check to make sure. This is a short sale. Lender has to approve the sale.
