The home you are referring to is not in foreclosure, it only has a notice of default, which can be filed when one payment is missed. Since the loan amount indicated is only $197,000, it is possible, but not likely it will be foreclosed on. The internet company RealtyTrack that is marketing the default home is a fee base service, which would like you to pay to receive more information. I can provide Information on foreclosed homes for Free.

If you are looking for a list of available homes, I have all of the homes in Templeton and the Central Coast listed on my web site at http://www.dnorwood.com/TEMPELTON.aspx . Please give me a call if you would like to see any of the homes available and I will be happy to show them to you.

I'm sorry, but you've just been lead to believe something is for sale that is not for sale. The owner has missed some payments on a $197,000 loan. According to data available to me, this owner is arrears by a bit over $4,000. Though there is nothing currently for sale on this street, values tend to the mid- to high $300k range.

If I can answer any other questions or be of assistance in any way, please don't hesitate to let me know.
