Hi Ron - Thanks for the reply. I am looking for distressed properties to repair and sell. I am a registered civil engineer and have an interior designer and finishing contractor as partners.

Hi,

This property has foundation issues which most lenders will not be comfortable with lending funds for. It also received multiple offers and is in escrow.

Properties that are priced competitively are selling quickly...thus having a relationship with a Realtor to inform you of new listings and being pre-approved for a loan (if you need funding) are important.

I would love to be of assistance!

Hi there,

This property is currently pending sale, and most likely needs to be a cash deal because of it's condition. Let me know if you have any other questions on this or other properties in the Santa Barbara area.

All the best,
