Hi, I'm just curious. Is there actually a home on this property? And would it be liveable?

No this is vacant land Sarah. When ever you see the words creek or stream or treed you must remember our very tight Oregon land use laws. What was build able many years ago is probably not today or your set backs from the stream or you can only build or dig out the foundation in the spring summer? This seems like a really good price so go to http://www.portlandmaps.com and put in the address and it will tell you the zoning and the environmental zoning and see if it is in a protection zone so it would have very limited building potential. Then go to Oregon City and find out the building rules. Good luck.

No, there is not a homen on this property. It is a vacant piece of land, possibly buildable. You need to checkwith both the city and county to verify if you could build on it.
