The home you are inquiring about is located at 3757 NW 8th Street in Delray. This is in the Sunflower neighborhood just north of Lake Ida and east of Military. The market was not quite as strong when this home was listed back in July of last year and it was under contract a couple times before it finally closed in August of last year.
If you are serious about finding a home in today's market you will find very limited well priced inventory with prices moving higher. You will need to align yourself with a qualified Realtor, have a solid pre-approval from an end lender and be ready to act quickly with a strong offer. On the front lines it is much like the period we experienced between 2001 and 2005 and very frustrating for buyers. A well priced listing will sell within days, if not quicker, and only those who are properly prepared to act quickly will end up at the closing table.
Any Realtors® first job is to sit down with you and thoroughly discuss your needs so they understand exactly what you are looking for in a home, what locations will work for you so and set you up on a game plan to succeed in finding you the perfect opportunity. Inventory levels are very low and finding homes is a much more difficult task than it was a few months ago. If you would like to further discuss your particular situation and put together a game plan to meet your goals please feel free to contact me at your convenience for a complimentary consolation.
Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.
