Here we go again....comments anyone? "Q" have seen several houses on Trulia . . .listed via RealtryTrac . . .

Realtor . . .is telling me these houses have already been sold and I should not trust what is being listed.. . . can someone advise on the situation ?

I know what you mean, and its so frustrating to be put in that situation. Some of the listings are expried, some never were in foreclosure at all, some have sold. The only way to get real, accurate information is to retain a good buyer agent.

RealtyTrac makes money by collecting membership fee from subscribers. It is not MLS. Information is not accurate.
