Hi Fabriannie: This is one of the new homes in Monterra in Cooper City. There are some wonderful incentives where the builder will pay closing costs but there is not that much flexibility on the price. As far as currently available, ready to move into, homes, there is nothing under $400,000. However, if you're able to wait for your home to be built, then you can still get something in the $300s.

Actually, Monterra are increasing their prices on May 8th. If you would like to call or email me, I'd be happy to give you more information based on what you're looking for, your budget, and floor plans.
