Hi Bryan,

I am assuming you don't have credit to produce a fico score and your question would be, can someone be denied a loan if no credit scores. The answer is yes and no. A very good loan officer can over come challenges with no fico scores to qualify for a home loan. As far as renting a home, there are many people who have poor credit with bankruptcy, foreclosures, mortgage lates and credit card lates and still rent.

Hi Brianna,

I'm not sure about that property's specific requirements. As a property manager and leasing agent I am more concerned with bad credit than no credit. You can always provide a few letters of reference from prior landlords, strong income verification, as well as possibly more security deposit.
