Hello. I heard from area residents that this property was selling for around $175K. Is this true?

Hello, thank you for your question. This property is not a 20 acre property but rather 9.72 acres. It is a premium lot and priced at $87,500 and is and has been privately owned by this seller for over 10 years. Other properties in the area are priced specifically by the owners and their agents. Comparable research of recent sales does not prove out a price of $175,000 currently for undeveloped 20 acre parcels.

Hi Mike,

This property was listed at $179,000. It has been withdrawn (no longer for sale). The comments in the MLS state it went to Trustee Sale and now has reverted back to the bank. If you are interested in this property, you will need to have a Realtor keep an eye on it to see when the bank lists it for sale which could be in a couple months or more than a year.
