This property, 1833 Mulligan, closed Feb. 1, 2010 for $81,000.
There are still a lot of great properties for sale. You should think about working with a realtor and then you would be one of the first to know when the kind of property that you are interested in comes on the market.

Hi Marsha,

Yes, on February 1, 2010 it closed for $81,000.
It was originally listed on 12/11/09 for $89,000,
reduced on 01/11/10 to $87,000,
under contract on 01/12/10 and
closed on 2/1/10 for $81,000.

I agree that some of the real estate web sites are not as good for home searches as an IDX which utilizes our MLS (MRED). These can be found on most agents and brokers web sites. I never contact consumers utilizing my IDX, and respect consumer's privacy. You may find my IDX url listed below.

Yes, on 2/1. It had been on the market for more than a month before the contract. Trulia is a very poor site for searching, too many mistakes & out dated information. Try realtor.com or just about any web site from any Broker, like mine, if you are not ready to work with an agent.
