From what I gather, the listings on trulia are manually inputted by members (agents). Unlike realtor,com and yahoo real estate that gets automatically updated off MLS sites like NNEREN. I'm sure most is human error but it is very frustrating when it seems like more listings on here are wrong than right! ;)

You know what, Ellen? I agree with you! According to both the NH MLS system AND the appraiser database for Salem, this property did not sell as shown here on Trulia. As an agent, I would be very interested to know how Trulia gathers the information available here, and will keep an eye out on my listings to be sure the info presented is actually factual. Thanks for pointing that out!
