As you learned, the home you inquired about is no longer available. A quick search in the Midway and Heber Valley area does show 26 other homes in the $300-$400K range on over 1 acre that may be worth a look. Let me know if I can help you with your search.

Hi again Elise, further investigation into this listing has revealed that it was foreclosed & has already been sold by the lender who repossessed the home.

REO or "bank owned properties" are hot sellers, you need to be ready to roll as soon as they hit the market. There are dozens of buyers with agents monitoring the systems & networking with asset managers to know exactly when new listings are released to the public. Once they do you have to view & offer quickly in order to beat the competition.

I can help you with this process and have a track record proving REO success in 2009!

Hi Elise,
It appears this home is off the market, it was withdrawn from the W F R M L S in July 2009.
It was listed as a short sale, and its last advertised price was 531k down from 959k.
It is possible that this home has been foreclosed or is in the process. We could work together to find more information such as a trustees sales date if you think this is a property you would like to pursue.

If so call me directly @ 801.916.0815

Good Luck in your research! -Kris
