Good morning, We put our home in our Bankuptcy. The new invester put a 3 day notice on our door. There's no way i can move in only 3 days.

Need a little clarification. New investor? If you declared BK should that not have extende your trustee sale date? Or had that time already come and gone? Are you sure this it the new owner. Were you ever given a notice of trustee sale? Lot's of unknown's here.

I would contact the individual or company that placed the notice on the door and try to work something out with them. However, in the mean time, I wouldn't hesitate trying to find another place to live. Keep in mind that many landlords do screen for evictions. Evictions like credit and criminal record also end up on a database and are public record. Protect yourself from this.
