Donna,

Normally these starting bids are way off. There should be plenty of foreclosures in Saginaw area in the $100,000 range. Let me know if we can assist you.

It's funny you mention your interest in lease -option investments, I believe my partner has an opportunity right now that he is attempting to match with an investor. Tenant is ready, house is picked out, and tenant has deposits ready. I believe the house is in the Spring area if i remember correctly. These lease-option deals can work out very well for all parties involved if done correctly. Call me or drop an email or something and lets talk about it.

Hello Jeremy,
Thank you for your sincere response. My interests are as an investor. I did look over your website and enjoyed the read. I share similar interests in Lease -Option - Purchase and investing in properties. While my partner and I are new in single family home investing we are always open to new ideas and opportunities. Who knows maybe we will meet one day and share ideas.

Hello Donna,

I suppose it is possible, but I have my doubts about the source of this information. This Realty Trac has a reputation of sending misleading information just get you to register with them and possible purchase their services. I don't want to say this is a scam, but i have seen it before with Realty Trac.

I grew up in New Caney and went to New Caney High School (Grad 1996). I lived over in Woodbranch. I don't come across many New Caney folk on this website. I'm not sure what you are doing as far as real estate is concerned here, but you should enlist an expert to help with this process. I'd love a chance to talk to you about how I could help you guys out. You can read up a little about us and our services at: our website below.
