Most of these websites gives information that is good to certain extent. So we have to use this with caution and mix with realty. Sometimes they refer to start bid with auction company but that does not mean it would be the reserve price that would be accepted.

Sometimes there may be severe mold or structural issues as well.

Take a look into the house in person and make judgement on the price and get the property. Any help from us feel free to contact.

Here's some good advice...stay away from Realty Trac listings they make their money on membership fees by showings homes like this for ridiculous prices. Think about it, do you think if this was for real that Realtors wouldn't be buying them up, we see them before the public in most cases. I can find you some great deals in this market, but not a house like this for 28K
