Contact the listing agent. Looks like a nice find, but it is on the edge of a cliff from what I can see in the pictures. Is it about ready to slide down the cliff? I saw one like that in my market today. Nice home, but perhaps the soil creep is unsolvable.

Kathy, I'm wondering if there isn't a zero missing in that price, and probably not from the front either. At times, agents, like other people get their fingers flying on the keyboard, or ask an overeager assistant to input the data. Looks like the case here. Otherwise I wonder where the line is to buy this property!

If you click on his website the property is NOT in Texas, it's actually in Florida. Either way, it looks like a great property for that price (if it's correct). Maybe he could move it up here on a lake. :)
