Doesn't an open house mean just that, open. We went by twice and no one there.

Richard -

I can only assume something came up and the agent was not able to hold it open today.
It is not listed at being open on the multiple listing service but is on Trulia.

If you would like to see the home, I am happy to show it to you. No obligation to buy or use me as your agent.
I know the area well and am available to set up the showing at your convenience.

That's disappointing.

Have your Realtor show you the home. If you haven't interviewed Realtors yet, do so. Why do the footwork on your own?

I wouldn't show a possible client a home if we have not met in person beforehand, but many other agents would.

Good luck!

Hi Richard

I didn't see where the open house was listed - was it a current ad?

Normally, if the agent spends the money for the ad they'll be there!

If you need help getting in, and aren't using an agent yet, just call my office.

Good Luck!
