Sorry no basement. These townhomes sell fast when priced right because this is a very nice development and not far from beaches, shops restaurants and major highways. This is a renovated 2 bedroom unit that just went on the market two weeks ago. There is only one other unit for sale and that is larger with 3 bedrooms listed for $455m.

Properties in the area are selling pretty fast, especially in the price range under $500,000 as a result of two key factors. First, there is a rise in home sales in the country and these areas included. The other factor is many displaced homeowners due to the storms are realizing it is going to take a while to get back into their homes. Many are buying properties to live in now. This is fueling a lot of sales in the $300's.
