Hi Roy:

This property currently has an offer pending, but the owner (it is a bank owned foreclosure) is looking for back up offers in case this falls through.

There is a monthly maintenance fee of $150 which is paid quarterly ($450/quarter). This covers trash removal, landscaping and lawn maintenance, security, and upkeep of the common areas.

All of our taxes in Broward County are being reassessed in June. They will go down from where they are now but don't bank on this property being assessed at the sales price. This is a foreclosure price, not a market value. The property appraiser's office will assess foreclosed properties based on the prices of other similar homes in the area. You can refer to the appraiser's website to learn more about this http://(www.bcpa.net).

I hope this information was of some help to you. If you are interested in this or other similar properties in the area, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes,

Angela
