Does the massachusetts stamp tax apply to undeveloped land that is sold?

My siblings and I inherited our parents home, and 50 acres of undeveloped land. It is all being sold in a single transaction.

The massachusetts stamp tax applies to all real estate transactions.

Secondly I'd be wary of calling any land parcel undevelopable unless its been deemed to be so by a qualified civil engineer, wet lands botanist, or expert zoning attorney.

I hope this answers your question and best of luck.
