Hello - Yes it is.
There are currently 30 homes in the price range of $855,000 - $1,150,000 in the 94539 zip code. Although approx. 10 of the 30 fall into another high school, all of the 30 homes are in excellent elem. schools. In that price I just mentioned there are over 100 homes for sale in Fremont. If you are working with a real estate agent, ask them to explain the different neighborhoods & communities of Fremont. I have a link to the city of Fremont on my web site, as well as buyer information you may find helpfull.

Good luck in your move to Fremont, I would be happy to help in any way.

This house is Pending, as of today. So if you are not the one who is already the buyer on this transaction, you are out of luck in regard to this house. By the way, it was on the market for 40 days, so you had plenty of opportunity to get this house if it was the right one for you.

My point is that you need to associate yourself with a Realtor who can bring eligible properties to your attention and answer your questions – school district, or whatever – in a timely manner or you will be left out in a market that is moving faster than most buyers realize. If you do not already have a Realtor, give me a call and let’s plan how to get you into the house that is right for you.

Hi Buyhouse, you have your answer as far as the property so here are a few more sites that may be useful if you are considering a move to Fremont:

My family has lived in Fremont since the late 1880s (before it was Fremont). Fremont is actually a collection of Townships that formed a city in 1956, so there is a wide array of neighborhoods, which you can see here:
