Not all agents also do management. Most will handle leasing but not many do month to month management. I happen to do management though. I do full service, list, lease, market, pre screening, the works (full service) 10% monthly based on rental rate... hence, $1200/mo would be $120 per month management. I would receive the rent from the tenant and handle all direct tenant contact so you dont have to do anything but get a monthly deposited into your account.
