There is no standard it all depends on who does the management service i think somewhere around 6 percent is decent, however if you have one small studio you may be charge more.

Not all agents also do management. Most will handle leasing but not many do month to month management. I happen to do management though. I do full service, list, lease, market, pre screening, the works (full service) 10% monthly based on rental rate... hence, $1200/mo would be $120 per month management. I would receive the rent from the tenant and handle all direct tenant contact so you dont have to do anything but get a monthly deposited into your account. Contact me if you are interested or have additional questions. Thanks.

No, all Agents/Brokers do not do after lease management service. There are some who specialize in management services.
Typical fees for management are from 3% to 10% of Lease depending on the volume. For example one unit might be 10% but 20 units may be only 3%. It is all negotiable.

Why would you need a property manager for just one condo? Usually property managers will take a property of 4 units or more and charge differently depending on the need. Higher maintenance needs may be higher fees. If your asking about the lease fee, that varies as well, usually 6-10% of the annual lease total.
Good luck
