Midfirst bank owns this property and the redemption period ended 12/30/2009. You could possible look up the law firm, Shapiro Nordmeyer & Zielke, L.L.P., and see if you can find out any additional information about the property. Seeing as most foreclosed homes take six months to be listed back on the MLS, keep your eye out or look to an agent. We can set you up on an automatic update system that will notify you when properties in Mound like this one come back onto the market.

In other words, property belongs to no one. End of redemtion period is gone and the mortgage holder / lien holder has not set it for sale. Maybe someone bought it at sheriff sale, maybe note is changing hands, we will never know.

Ruth, this property is not listed on the MLS at this time. Have your agent setup an automated search for this address, and you will know about as soon as it is on the market.

Dear Ruth. 3215 Roxbury is not for sale in Northstar MLS. The owner's address and tax payer's address still shows 3215 Roxbury Lane as the mailing address in the Hennepin County tax record, but maybe the county wouldn't change these addresses even if the property was in full-blown foreclosure.

From previous sales, it looks like homes on Roxbury Lane were built in 1979, including this home at 3215 Roxbury Lane. It looks like this house is a 3 bedroom, bathroom home with a walk out basement. Reportedly, there are views of t 3 bays from the deck, which would include Cooks Bay and Phelps Bay.

Are you specifically interested in this property, or are you interested in foreclosure properties in Mound in general? I could help you explore the real estate market, whatever your intention.

This property is not currently on the MLS. It was last sold in 1992 for $88,000. When you say it went into foreclosure on 6/30/2009 do you mean that the sheriff sale happened that date? If so normally the seller has a 6 month redemption period which would push the foreclosed date to 12/30/2009. Bank's usually date a few months to put it back on the market, so maybe soon. Let me know if you have more questions.
