Can you see the lake from the house at all?

I would like to know if the lake is visible from the first or 2nd floor?

I doubt it. There aren't many homes in Shady Shores that see the lake. Some in Little Elm and Oak Point. If it doesn't say Lake Front or Water Front, it is probably not. This one says Creek View, so probably more creek and tree view than anything.

This link has some that have a better chance of being shore front or having views, although even some of these may not be exactly what I consider good water view homes.

Let me know if you would like to see inside this home in Shady Shores. Neat home with a lot of nice upgrades. Also pretty close to the water, just maybe not water front views.
