Charlotte, this lot is in Lookout Ridge and they don't allow manufactured homes. I just sold a home in there and had the opportunity to go through the most updated version of the CC&R's.... stick built only.

I am about to list a property in Washougal for 110k off Washougal River Road and Hughes Road. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you the details. Best of luck to you.

You should for sure work with an agent that is local about finding a lot you can put a manufactured home on. This is complicated and you want to make sure you do not buy something you cannot use. If you are buying a hew manufactured home, then you can get a loan for the total land/mobile package for 75% of the total value.

I can help you with that loan if you like. Just contact me off site and we can go over details.

Good question Charlotte. Do you have an agent yet? If you don't, you should get one. An agent can find property in your price range and specific types of homes and land very easily in the local mls.
