There are actually 2 units for sale in the building. $235 a month which included: Water, Sewer, Master Insurance, Swimming Pool, Exterior Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Refuse Removal.

This condo neighborhood is in the Riverside section of Haverhill, and is considered one of the better areas of the city. It's located in easy walking distance to a Market Basket (supermarket) and a Building 19, also the stadium/Riverside Park is a short walk away, and the perfect place to walk dogs, ride bikes and watch local youth teams (PAL, etc.) play baseball/softball. You can also view the July 4 fireworks from the grassy area between condo buildings :)

You might be interested to know that there are actually 3 units for sale in this neighborhood. One does an accepted offer, but they are looking for backups. The 2 that are still listed as ACTIVE, you should know that they are being sold as "short-sales", with 3rd Party Approval required. If you are unfamiliar with that term, it just means that the bank (3rd Party) must approve the sale, and will be accepting a mortgage payoff of less than what is currently owed.

A great benefit of this complex is that it is FHA approved already. That means it will be much easier to obtain a 3.5% down FHA loan. Rates are around 5.0% for a qualified borrower. I live in Haverhill, and I really like it. They have done alot with the downtown area with some great restuarants. And where this condo is located, I really like that side of Haverhill towards Georgtown with easy access to Rt-95.
