Heleen, Home Buyer in 10128

Can someone tell me how the Southampton Pines community differs from the general East Quogue community?

Asked by Heleen, 10128 Thu Feb 19, 2009

Does anyone know if this house has had a price reduction or is $999,000 the original listing price for this house?
thank you very much.

This house has been on the market for over a year and was originally (according to my records), priced at $1,595,000. It looks like there is some motivation there!

Southampton Pines is a 5 year old subdivision of new homes in East Quogue. They were done nicely and some have sold for upwards of $2M. The rest of East Quogue is mostly rural and more casual, except for the bayfront and oceanfront homes. As with any area, it comes down to a matter of taste. You might want to come for a tour.

Sorry you have had to deal with out of the area agents "reaching" to get your business and answering your question with little to no knowledge of the area...it's all too common in this business.

Hi Heleen,
The original price was $1,150,000 and now reduce to $999,000. I will find out the answer for you and let you know (the difference between the comunity). Are you interested in viewing this property (and any other homes)? If it's ok please send me your email address to send you the answer. Thanks,

I looked on mls and it was not listed - however what I will do is check other sites and contact someone at Coldwell Banker, at our Hamptons office to see if I can obtain further information.

I am actually closing on a waterfront property in Greenport today. Stopping at Pindar to pick up some delicious Pinot!
