Few things you should know.
1. There is a disparity between the tax assessor's description in terms of the square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. In all probability there are unpermitted additions. This will cause problems in getting an appraisal which is likely to be "subject to" removal of the additions and not "as is" with the way the property sits today.
2. Unpermitted additions will also cause you problems in insurance, especially if a claim has to be made leading to possibly a denial of either coverage or the claim or both.
3. The property is in a severe fire hazard zone. You need brush clearance up to a specified distance to meet insurance requirements. This will be an additional chore and cost.
4. There appears to be repairs required on the property. It therefore looks doubtful, considering the repairs and what was stated earlier, for a lender to make a loan on the property. You are, in my opinion, looking at an all cash deal.
