There are three properties in Harwich that are similar to the Bank Street property that you might be interested in.
I'd be glad to send you the list.

If you aren't sold on Harwich, I'd like to also suggest looking at some in the lower Davisville area of Falmouth.

I'd be happy to set aside some time on Sunday and show you other listings that might fit your needs. I grew up on Bank street and know the area extremely well. Feel free to contact me.

Barbara,
That property you are interested in was sold in Oct - Trulia is not terribly reliable unfortunately.
However, in answer to your question, it is on the corner of Braddock and Bank south of 28.
There are a couple others in the same area - south of 28 - if that is what you are looking for.
There is also another similar home on the other side of Bank St but close to 28 for easy walking to town and Bank St beach.
Are you interested in knowing about them? Let me know by emailing me at:

Happy to help and yes, I am available this weekend.
Thanks so much.

Sorry Barbara. This property sold on 10/15/12 and is not currently available for sale. I would be happy to assist in finding you a great Harwich Port/West Harwich property if you're in the market.

I am multi generation cape cod native and work on the cape in Dennis, Yarmouth, Brewster and Harwich.

This particular area of Harwich is fantastic and within walking/biking distance of everything.

Feel free to contact me. Good luck!
